The sixth project that we had to do was to create a ring for ourselves. In this porject, we had to create our ring using standard primitive shapes, and we were only allowed to use that one shape to make the whole ring. We then had to make four renders and after that we had to print out the ring in a 3D printer.

When I was thinking what to make for the design, I originally made a rose design, however I personally wouldn't wear a ring with a rose on it, so after some thinking I was thinking of Bowser from the Super Mario series. I noticed that he had a spiked collar and spiked wrist and feet rings.

That got me to thinking and I've seen people with spiked objects and I thought "Why not make a ring?" and the idea of a spiked ring came into mind and into a reality. Out of all of the projects, this was one of my top two favorites to work on.

This was made by using 3ds Max and printed by using 3D Rapid Prototype Printer.
