The Tippie College of Business Seminar Series in Transportation was founded in 2002 by Professors Ann Campbell and Barry Thomas from the Department of Management Sciences. The Series was founded with the mission of bringing world-class researchers in transportation to the University of Iowa campus. The Series was initially funded by a grant from MidAmerican Energy and is currently supported by a grant from the University of Iowa Foundation.
