The concept for “Poly” chair was developed from polyhedral forms. Its form was created through the modification of the cuboctahedron faces, a semi-regular solid with 14 regular polygons faces: 8 equilateral triangles and 6 squares, which ultimately create the seat and backrest, reducing the size of the original shape and making the chair light and harmonic.
Poly chair is composed by two main pieces: a metal structure and a seat. The metal structure is attached to four metal legs and the seat can be manufactured in closed-cell foam or upholstered.
