The players are divided into companies and have to determine the strategy of the company. All companies produce high tech toys. The game is based on a gradual introduction to different aspects and difficulties in the complex world. This makes the current situation overviewable. In the first round the theme is production planning and the responsibility is gradually enlarged to personnel management, sales and marketing, finance etc. A fully automated multi criteria evaluation procedure is applied to select the winner.
