My Name is William Gaitan, I was born in El Salvador but have lived most of my life in Virginia. I been at the University of Iowa for three years and plan on gradutating in the spring of 2010 with a BFA in Graphic Design.

My interest in graphic design began during my freshmen year of high school when one of my teachers saw some of my art work and suggested I take a graphic design class. A year later I decided to take my teachers advice and signed for my first graphic design class. Evesense that first class graphic design has become a major part of my life.

I decided to take Problems & Design: Form and Structure because I wanted to explore other forms of design. I wanted to take a break from computer programs and be more hands on.
