Skypaper Vases

The intention of these pieces was to design unique vessel forms utilizing a unique material. I aimed my design towards one that would explore the material as part of it and would respond to the proper characteristicsl it was made out of. The final result has a very characteristic and unusual shape, which makes it one of its strongest aspects, making it applicable to larger endeavors such as architecture. The choice of paper was one that was connected to the shape, which came from a folded piece of paper and glued together.
