This is a project for a 3-bedroom suite house located at a corner lot in a small town in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Construction regulations required a large space in the front to be left open and therefore the house lies at the inner corner of the land. It has two floors and a double-height ceiling living room. Aside from that, a two-car garage, kitchen, pantry, laundry and an office. The landscaping project provides a swimming pool for the summer days and an area for social gathering in the front. This area is protected by partial walls with openings and plants. The materials are limestone and stucco with wood stained windows with shutters for constant air flow, keeping the building cool during warm days and avoiding the use of air conditioning.
