This is a series which intends to portray beautiful or sometimes curious pieces of our surroundings. When one person is walking, it is impossible to register and perceive every bit of detail of every little thing we run into. In that matter, I concentrated on showing what is probably among the most unseen parts of our landscape – the sidewalks or floors.
By looking down with a camera, I was able to capture shapes, grids, textures I was sometimes introduced right at that moment, revealing the various and rather unseen features that compose where we walk by, where we stand, where we wait for someone.
