Finding out which are the best diet pills

The obesity rate in this country keeps rising and although we all talk about diet and exercise, really how many of us are doing what we need to do to stay healthy. I have watched many people I love pack on the pounds and try diet and exercise to no avail. Barely eating and exercising daily, all to see little to no results. Now don't get me wrong, I know that these things are still good for you, however when you are struggling to lose weight it can become really frustrating when you don't really see any results on the scale.

My sister in law has struggled with her weight for her whole life. Her weight goes up and then she loses a few pounds and then it goes up again. Her weight yo-yos endlessly and the sad thing is that she is always on some type of diet. First it was the Cabbage Soup diet, then she was on Weight Watchers, for a while she was on Atkins, but she felt that she had no energy when she was on that diet. Sometimes it is difficult to find a diet that really works for you as an individual. It doesn't really matter how many people have been able to lose weight on a particular diet plan, if you can't then it is very frustrating.

Recently she went to Jenny Craig, and started on their program, which she says really works well for her, she likes the fact that it keeps her eating often throughout the day. She also, this time, consulted with her doctor, and he suggested that she supplement her diet and exercise with some diet pills, and he told her that the best diet pills that he has seen are the ephedra diet pills. He said that a lot of his patients were using them, and that they seemed to encourage them to keep going on their diet and exercise programs because they were finally able to see some good results.

Well, to date my sister in law has lost about 50lbs and she is looking really good. She says that she still has about 50lbs to lose, but she is encouraged to keep going because now she not only sees the results on the scale but also in the mirror. Let's face it, it really doesn't matter what the scale says, as long as we look good and feel good that is really our bottom line, isn't it?
