On January 20th, 2011 I held my Master Gallery Exhibit at the University of Iowa Studio Arts Building. Pictured above (in order) standing with my mentor and colleague professor Monica Correia and me standing by my lovely and awesome wife, Jackie. Also, you'll notice my two little boys standing under a string installation I created just for them entitled Scribbles. Setting up this show and having a nice display space for all for my best work was one of the coolest things I've ever done as an artist. Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible. I love you Jackie, Tate and Chase. |
