slow down everyone you're moving too fast
Christy and Tony (well Christy really) had their baby. Congratulations!!! Welcome into the world Christian Arminius Fravel. At 9lbs 8 ounces you sir are a chubby. I plan on heading home this weekend and maybe cook them a meal or two and see the chubby kid while I'm there.

Shellie and I went to the track meet in Iowa City this weekend. It was great to get out in between papers and patient workups that never seem to end. There were some good times and throws, but more or less was just great weather. Joey Woody ran the 400 hurdles, but it more or less wasn't up to par to some of his other performances, though he still won. Hopefully the times go down and the distances get farther next weekend at the Drake Relays.
The time is approaching. I definitely don't have enough time. Let's just hope I can slide in and finish all these papers.
Baseball has started. I don't really follow baseball as much as I used to but I love the beginning of baseball season. To me it means spring is truly here. It sort of a bummer I don't go to more baseball games. Iowa's baseball field is literally 1 block away and its great to hear the pings from the aluminum bats. Probably one of the more calming things after a long day at work.
