Shellie's Birthday

Today is Shellie's birthday! I made her breakfast which included butter milk pancakes, hazelnut coffee, some fresh organic eggs with mozzarella, and potatoes o'brien (also known as potatoes o'connor around these parts). After I get done with work we are heading to Cedar Rapids to Biaggi's for a late dinner. I've heard great things about it and we have never been, so what a better time than her birthday.
