A Quick Pick Me Up

Well the big plan for the day is to go to Maquoketa and pick up Shellie. Oh and that's just the beginning because the big deal is the feast in Davenport on the way back. Believe it or not, but if everyday was Thanksgiving I would have something to be very thankful for. I am not joking when I say that I honestly believe we are going to order the All-American BBQ Feast®. Please take a look at the link. And yes, I do mean the first one. I have had the directions ready for days. I just hope I can keep up with all the food. Yesterday was Coko's birthday and we ended up bowling (note I am not what you call a good bowler), eating, and generally partying. With alcohol being served at all places, I just couldn't/didn't want to keep up with the big boys, and had to call it quits at about 11. The food though was amazing. We ended up eating at the Sheraton's restaurant, where one of the roommates is the general manager. It was unreal. So let the Thanksgiving/Memorial Day weekend begin.
