Mark D. Janis is a professor of law at the University of Iowa College of Law, where he holds the H. Blair & Joan V. White Chair in Intellectual Property Law. He teaches and writes in various intellectual property law disciplines: patent law, trademarks and unfair competition law, and intellectual property/antitrust.
