From Mission Network: Give praise to God that Tim Foley has joined MMN’s International Ministries team as the new director for Europe. Time is Irish, currently living with his family in Northern Ireland, & has been associated with Mennonite ministries in the United Kingdom for many years.
Join the MYF for “Souper” Bowl Sunday lunch on Sunday, Feb. 3. Donations will be accepte3d for this fundraiser. Bring your families and friends!
Choir will be gin practicing for the spring season on Wed., Jan. 30. Anyone who enjoys singing and would like to join choir is welcome.
The MCC meat canning committee thanks each one who made monetary contributions for purchasing turkey meat this year. Also we want to thank each individual for volunteering your time on canning day to help make the day a huge success. It was wonderful to see everyone working together and enjoying the fellowship. We canned 10,747 cans of turkey chunks which MCC will distribute throughout the world. Thanks so much and looking forward to seeing you next year. The Committee
IMS Spiritual Emphasis Days, January 23-25, will be led by William Eash, choral director at Bethel College, in Newton, Kansas. He will help us look at music in worship as a part of spiritual renewal. You are welcome to attend; chapels will be held 9:44-10:14 a.m. in Celebration Hall.
You’re invited to a Farewell Reception for Linda Wooldridge, Pleasantview Home’s Director of Nutrition, on Thursday, January 31, from 1:30 – 3:30 pm in the Chapel. Linda is retiring after 12 years of dedicated service.

Hey kids, Crooked Creek needs your help! For the month of January, we are doing a fundraiser to raise money to purchase more canoes and kayaks. For every $350 you raise, we can purchase one canoe! Look for the “Coins for Camp” calendar and save your change to give to Crooked Creek. See your camp representative for more information.
The Bel Canto Singers of Hesston College will present a service of choral music entitled Out of the Depths, Sat., Feb. 16, at IMS. The 7 pm program features an eclectic body of work, organized around the season of Lent. All are warmly invited. The 18-member, mixed ensemble is directed by Bradley Kauffman.
