MyWeb account application

MyWeb Accounts are available to all UI faculty, staff and students upon request for individual, academic-related web publishing in accordance with the UI Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources Policy.

To obtain a MyWeb Account please fill-out and submit the following application:

Your Name (first and last):
Your HawkID (this is NOT a number): Note: Your HawkID is NOT your Student ID number or SSN. Applications submitted without a valid HawkID will not be processed. To look up your Hawk ID go here: https://login.uiowa.edu/uip/hawkid-lookup.page
Your U of I e-mail address: Note: All correspondence relative to your MyWeb account will be sent to this e-mail address. To insure that you receive e-mail notices you must enter a valid UI e-mail address (e.g. herky-hawk@uiowa.edu). Applications submitted with an invalid e-mail address will not be processed. If you currently use a non-UI e-mail account (gmail, yahoo, etc.) you will need to register your account as a "routing address."
