I'm a senior at the University of Iowa in the School of Art and Art History. I'm currently working on my BFA, with an emphasis in Photography along with minors in Graphic Design and Ceramics. I have always been environmentally concious. At an early age my parents taught me the importance of recycling, reusing, and renewing. I have carried these lessons with me throughout my time at this university. I've even managed to share and pass on these ideals to my friends and roommates over the years. I enrolled in the Environmental Design class because it fused two of my most established interests. I would like to continue my education in grad school, studying not only design but environmental planning as well. This winter I'll be enrolled in a class titled "Planning for Sustainability" and I am really excited about it.
