I am a Ph. D. candidate in my fifth year at the University of Iowa. My major fields include international relations, political methodology, with a minor in comparative politics. Since defending my prospectus in April I have made significant progress on my dissertation, entitled "Private Incentives, Public Outcomes: The Role of Target Incentives in Foreign Policy Success."
